Shipping policy

Shipping prices will be displayed at the checkout.  Additional shipping charges may be incurred for Rural Delivery.

We ship our orders using Go Sweet Spot, which is a gateway system that selects the best courier for your address. Most of our shipments are delivered by NZ Post.

If you have a problem with any shipment please use the tracking information provided to you with your shipping notification in the first instance. If this does not solve the problem please contact us  and we will raise the issue with the courier company.
